I think that also does highlight the point that if there is only x amount to go around. And everything can’t be afforded - something has to give or be cut.
Now is limited amount the responsibly of the council, Scottish government or UK gov is a little more complex.
An deeply unpopular opinion is - saving jobs for the sake of saving them - is popular & is often pushed by the unions. But can’t always be in the interest of the council and/or tax payer. |
