Comment	Although it technically is the people's earnings that may be the cause of deprivation but that also shapes local high streets. You're not gonna find super fancy restaraunts, hair dressers etc in poorer areas. In poorer areas you'll usually find more chippies and bookies than other areas. So it sort of appears that the level of deprivation does start to shape thr area.
