For my own reasons i really value tranqulity, my partner values being close to ammenities, we both needed to be as certain as possible of some resale value incase anything explodes in future as we dont come from money so counterintuatively went for Giffnock. Expensive, aye, but we got lucky on a flat that needed work and could just about stretch (with watering eyes) to it after 2 years saving like bastards.
But before we figured that one out i was convinced our budget would be alot lower so i had studied the fuck outve all the commuter towns n settled on paisley being probably the best value for money, under 150k, in the country in my opinon. |
