Typically involves bi-carb, PVA glue (can buy massive tubs on amazon cheaply, as can with the bicarb) and an activator like contact lense solution or laundry starch. Then she’ll add food colouring or wee beads of some sort.

She just plays with it but if this is for a prank like pouring over someone then although PVA is water based it’s probably a bad idea. |
