The despacito gang should be removed. They are not buskers, they are not playing anything. You can find them in any major city. It is a scam, basically.
I have no problem with people playing some song from the speakers and then doing something else, like dancing or whatever. But in this case, the scammers want us to believe they are playing, when they are not.
