| Comment | I've been denied PIP once, but I got told that if I'm successful next time (as 70% of people who re-apply are!) then I can get some sort of public transport discount? It won't stop me from being freaked out by public transport. About the only place I got is between 90 mins and 2 hours walk from my house though, so if i can't use public transport that day then I end up soaked in sweat and exhausted by the time i get to anywhere i want to be. Ablism is rife and it doesn't make anyone have an easier experience. I don't understand why people have to be so harsh. |
