Avoid Central Station as it's a cesspit at weekends with drunken teenagers, beggars etc.
As for where to check out, it depends on budget.
You'll find reasonably cheap places with decent enough cocktails or you can pay more and go somewhere a little nicer.
Honestly just head to Merchant City and you'll be grand 🤷♂️
