If you think you're getting ripped off, just don't pay it. I mean everyone, across the country. If not a single person pays their bill, what are they going to do? Cut off everyone's supply? Put everyone in jail? Not a chance.
Just don't pay your bills. Even if it's only for a few months, worst comes to worst, you'll find yourself in arrears, but you'll have put the money aside, because you're not a moron. Record profits and record prices should not co-exist. |
