It was through in Edinburgh but same thing. It was advertised as an events and sales job.
Get to the interview and all the team leaders are doing a huddle and chanting “LETS GET RICH”.
Took us on the bus about 40 mins away to Port Seton and we’ve to go door to door trying to sell people subscriptions to lovefilm or whatever.
Went to about 3 doors until I finally called BS. The guy I was paired up with to “train” me was so shocked I was going to leave.
Now that I think back, I was dressed for an interview. A blazer, business dress, tights and wee flimsy shoes… wtf why did I even go on the bus 😂
