As others have said, go to your GP. If you are not happy with just painkillers as it hasn't resolved itself, ask for a referral to physio/whatever. Or try a different GP.
Some things simply take time though, which can be annoying.
*DO NOT* waste your time, money (and potentially your health) on unproven alt-med bullcrap.
