Seems to be a thing with these type of employers.

- Multiple different job listings posted every day so they are constantly at the top of the newly added jobs list

- Deceiving job titles to attract the max number of candidates

- All end up the same commission based jobs selling to people on the street or door to door

I applied for an event coordinator role a few years ago and got the job only to spend a week getting sent to random places around Scotland to try and get people on the street to sell energy, Only made £20 for the week.

The suspicious thing about the job was that I had been in their office for another job interview previously and when I was given a contract to sign it had the previous company's name still on the documents.

I think they are still about and have changed their name again at least once since then.
