Haven't heard of a halal haggis, but the vegetarian version is widely available and pretty good. I know a lot of people who prefer it to the traditional version.
Edit to say: you'll have no bother finding decent halal places here. I can't recommend any as I've not ate out in ages, but there's plenty of good options.
