| Comment | Husband and I wrote a note with our names, a bit about us and our contact numbers, and gave each of our neighbours a plate of cakes and biscuits - but we did move on a religious holiday and there was an abundance of cake and biscuits about. Moving is stressful enough without adding baking to the mix.
We went round and said hello and met everyone briefly. Since then we say hello on the stairwells, and sometimes take in each other’s parcels. I have 2 of my neighbours numbers, the rest didn’t message and I haven’t pushed it.
