If you're on Facebook, there's a group called Queer Events Glasgow which is quite useful. Queer nights are often found at Bonjour, Poetry Club, Flying Duck, Stereo, Bloc, depends on the kind of music you like.
There are also queer sports gatherings (Trans Active Glasgow), art and lit things at Glasgow Zine Library, Category Is, etc, too.
