| Comment | There's a Nextbike station right by Civic House, just as you come through the underpass at Cowcaddens, Speirs Wharf docking station (though it's not actually on Speirs Wharf, more at the bottom of the path leading up to it). No guarantee there would be a bike there mind you, but can always use this or the app [https://www.nextbike.co.uk/en/glasgow/locations/](https://www.nextbike.co.uk/en/glasgow/locations/) The bit of yesterdays route that would have been trickiest was around the marsh but even then it would have been ok and it's not like pushing in parts wasn't an option, we were not going very fast/far.

Regarding low cost rental options that's not something I've come across outwith the above scheme, might be a way to pay one up tho, I found mine in a pawn shop, almost new, not even dodgy (had original receipt).
