While amphetamines are commonly found as an additive to coke (no one gets pure cocaine these days unless you're a literal drug lord) the fentanyl is the worrying thing.
Would honestly recommend that anyone using random car drops for drugs look into what they've got before taking. Either with a testing kit or, if it's an ecstasy pill, identifying the pill by it's stamping plate/colour and looking it up on pill report. Mislabeling of drugs is an issue you've brought up, but dosing can be as well, so even if you got the drug you were after you should make sure you know the strength/quality so you can dose appropriately. Quality/strength can fluctuate due to changes in the supply chain. |
