This means anyone who wants can have a few plants. Thus, you can get any seeds, as powerful as you want, and plant them. Because there's so much supply, competition is fierce, and you need to offer the best and cheapest product. As someone else said, there are for example legal cannavis clubs.
It is a completely different ball game. It is like comparing scottish whisky with spanish whisky.
Weed in scotland is either low quality indoors, or exported and dried, from somewhere else. Demand here is much higher than the supply, so they can sell whatever they want. |
