It's honestly not that difficult. There's info on the FAQs before you book and the lanes are clearly marked. Don't be a dick and you'll be fine.

Folk are generally nice and helpful, only time I've seen things kick off is when folk use a lane they're too slow for and don't let the faster swimmers pass them at the end of the lanes. It's common courtesy and sense.

I'm hearing impaired and a socially anxious wreck but internalised rage aside, I cope so you should be fine 🤣
