I have recently wormed and flea treated him as I’ve another elderly cat so I do them regularly so I’m not sure it’s that although you would think so the amount he eats - 1.5 pouches wet per meal and dry crunchies in a bowl on the side (although he doesn’t tend to eat much of them).
