I’ve suffered from a slipped disc for years and go see Michael Brown at Cram Osteopaths in Woodlands, once a month.
I think it’s £53 a session which lasts about 15 minutes. It may seem expensive but it’s worth every penny.
My back used to go once every few months and I’d be bed bound for 3 days minimum and it would take 2-4 weeks before I was back to normal. Now it goes about once a year and I’m back to normal after 3-4 days tops. |
