ask any local independent garages if they have a "parts hauler/shop car" basically the beater they don't care if anything happens to. it wont be great but it's usually the car they keep running no matter what.
also ask any mainstream dealerships if they've got anything that's been traded in and will be sent to the crusher/auction because it's worth more in scrap. they'll usually let those go pretty cheap. |
