So it was 55k over and by looking at it, it was at least 20k undervalued comparing to similar properties. I don't think anyone sane would pay 80k over hr for property worth 160k in Govanhill. It's bad but not that bad.

English system is much worse than Scottish, we do not have much gazumping happening and it is a common thing in England.
