| Comment | My company isn't fussed unless it's a super shady place. Any local university is good, we have a technical interview to verify candidates competency anyway. Software developers are in super high demand and any company that chose to cut itself off from whole swathes of the local candidate pool is just shooting itself in the foot. My company actually opened its Glasgow office specifically because of the number of unis, gives a wider pool of graduates to recruit. |
