| Comment | Don't get me bloody started. Me and my partner are trying to buy at the moment and it seems like it's "offers over" HR minus 5-10%, then it will actually sell for HR plus 20%. So it'll be offers over, say 180k, but HR is 200 then it'll sell at circa 240. Totally nuts.
This seems to hold across the city. We've been looking recently out Cambuslang and Mt Vernon sort of way and it's just as bad. |
