We got it by getting the sellers number, coming back without the agents ruining things and asking him point blank what he wanted for it (we were going to offer 293) and shaking on the deal there and then. So talk to the owners, play up wanting to start a family, bring a fake partner or kids along if you need to. Only your money has to be honest |
