| Comment | Most big companies will have many offices internationally, I have been to Google in London a few times.
It is a thing that has surprised me about Glasgow, I didn't think there would be a huge difference between Edinburgh however in Glasgow pretty much everything seems based around the banks + some media / tv companies.
There are lots of international software companies that will hire remotely and lots of Scottish based (even Scottish founded) dev jobs (SkyScanner, Fanduel, I knew people working for Canonical, Github etc in Scotland, be good to see a bit more of that happening around Glasgow |
