Failing that, start keeping a diary of the disturbances and maybe even take some audio recordings (remember to speak the date and time). Then contact the council, they have teams who deal with this kind of thing.
After that then it _might_ become a police matter.
If you still get nowhere, you could always consider the press but you'd have to take care over any public allegations you make. |
