It’s not about being nice, it’s certainly not about challenging people and complaining. You can solicit a rational response from nearly anybody by knowing how to speak to them. That applies to the hardest people in the city, timid weaklings, the rich and the poor.
“Hey big guy, any chance you could keep the tunes down after X o’clock. I’m up at 5am and the walls in these buildings are paper thin.”
Just reading the comments on here;
“go to the press”
“Record them”
“Report them”
That’s part of the reason they need to sit in their house to enjoy themselves, because if they go anywhere else some freak is waiting with a camera phone to shove in their face, get the next viral video, or play football point scoring. |
