You can get the subway to ibrox from anywhere in the city centre - so you can stay pretty central (personally the premier inn, Buchanan galleries is my fave, ask for a room with a view and they’ll put you up at high as they can, the views are magic!)
Subway is dirt cheap and so fast, best way to get around.
Only been for football matches so can’t comment on music as the only stuff we hear comes out the speakers 😬😂
