| Comment | Buyers remorse is a real thing and due to the current difficult conditions, it can be a stressful and anxious time. It sounds as though you bought something just to get it after being disapointed with previous offers. I would say don't worry about negative equity too much especially if you plan to be there a long time and add value to the place.
You havent mentioned which area it is but I guess its a good one so chances are when you come to sell the property will be worth more than you paid for it. |
