| Comment | I work on construction and a while ago when a builder went to start on the site they asked the guy running the parking to finish up at the end of the month. When they had the pre-start with the council they said they'd asked the parking guy to finish up, the council had no idea and hadn't let the space, the guy had just burst the padlock and no one questioned it. He'd been there about 3 year. People make Glasgow! |
