He's a black guy himself and deliberately employs other black chaps who are struggling to find work.
No idea how legal it all is, don't know enough about it but he did save our boss some cash along the way. He would bring us all the loose change in exchange for notes, saving my old employer bank fees and also meant aftershave guy didn't have his transactions monitored by the bank. |
