Imagine this was a book shop again, or a venue, or some kind of celebration of the history of the building/street/city, or a shop that could replace Frasers, or Uniqlo (as people hoped), or literally anything else other than an Instagram opportunity for rich people with no taste (like the Glasgow Ivy is)?
