As others have mentioned, there's plenty places in the Merchant City which fit the bill.

If I were you, I'd start the night at The Amsterdam followed by The Absent Ear, both not necessarily LGBTQ+ bars but certainly LGBTQ+ friendly all the same, then head to Katie's Bar for another and maybe a game of pool there. After, head to Riding Room if they have a show on, then downstairs to Polo when it starts to busy up a bit. As someone mentioned the bouncers can be funny in Polo, if you don't get in head to Hide and Seek. It's not a club vibe but it is open until 3.
