| Comment | Have you ever been in one of those hostels? My brother ended up in one, he has no alcohol/drug issues, but the same can't be said for everyone in them. He ended up in a "nicer" one near Central station, and still had people kicking his door in at night, people trying to rob him, emptying the breakfast bars in the morning. I had to buy him a gym bag, to fill up with his valuables every morning so he wouldn't lose anything expensive. You have to sign in and out everyday, but the staff can only help out so much, and are powerless to stop people barging past them to steal stuff. |
