If it makes you feel any better then here’s my story: I had a big 4WD drive car when I blew the head gasket on the motorway one day. The engine was knackered but my mechanic mate did something - I think adding a treatment of some kind - that said would give me another 20 miles of use. Took it straight to Arnold Clark and traded it in. It passed their quick test and I concluded the sale pronto. Wouldn’t normally do something like that but they’re cunts. |
