Used to see them a lot about 10 years ago, one guy would get on and casually check tickets. Think iv seen them about 3 times over the last 5 years and every time it was 2 big guys, 1 would wait at the front to stop people running off i assume.
The type of people to not pay probably wouldnt hand over their info for a fine easily.
