It looks like it could be really nice, it would be great to open up the space more. I hope it tied into some waterfront projects and a revival of the merchant city area - some of the bits near the Panopticon are in desperate need of tidying up.


I am confused as to what an ‘urban wall’ means though. Is it a particular architectural term? Is it something like place for graffiti art or some other kind of focal point?
