St Enoch square has always had the potential to be the closest thing we've had to a European style piazza and I don't think this particular plan is going to realise that potential.

There's plenty of these types of things in London and they inevitably get filled with Costas, Prets and Tesco Metros to cater for the office workers. With hybrid working etc that might reduce that possibility although I don't hold out much hope.
