Had the same thing the other week. Parcel was out for delivery then got taken back to the depot the same day without a delivery attempt. Contacted their customer service and was told aye we'll tell the depot to send it ASAP. They then said I didn't collect it (fuck knows if they were expecting me to pick it up from the depot?) and the parcel got returned to sender. |
