| Comment | I’ve lived in and around London and was thoroughly miserable. Glasgow is not as aesthetically pleasing as some other places but you’ll never be alone, we are nosy as feck and you’ll always find a wee wifey to chat to at the bus stop while Londoners will literally turn a blind eye to everything and anything.
I was living in zone 5 at the time of the Brexit vote and seeing the reaction to my non British flat mates at the time solidified my decision to move home. We’re arseholes but we are mainly welcoming and friendly arseholes (unless you’re English but honestly that’s on you).
Basically, glasgow is a bit shit but only we are allowed to say that and as much as we all moan we’d never live anywhere else 🏴 |
