It was £8.50 an hour about 15 years ago, and you do a month's trial. You're meant to end up getting three sign-ups a day but fuck that. You've got a month to put up with it and get paid. They'd take us for pub lunches and shit, because they reckon if you're in a good mood you'll do better. There were a few overly-happy crusty types there, some snowboarder prick and a load of good looking girls who absolutely smashed it. I was just normal/miserable. If you need money to live you'll put up with it. I ended up leaving before the month was up because I couldn't hack it but it got me money when I needed it. |
