You are dealing with two girls in a flat, above a cafe, where some horrible men are causing problems.
The police will not help, until a crime has been committed. The cafe owner is getting business and probably knows the men. So he won't help.
So what choice do the girls have? Confront them, in public. Yes, they could call the police, but nothing will happen. Police are totally stretched.
My suggestion appears to be the only route possible. Confront them. Bullies fold when confronted with what they are giving out. |
