Unless you yourself are a creepy man who pesters women, I really doubt you have the magic ultimate answer on how to get them to stop. Contrary to your opinion, the police are incredibly pro-active, in my experience, when it comes to situations like these. OP needs to report it every time it happens and focus on defence and prevention, not confrontation. |
