‘Wee man’ to assert dominance(unless subject is male, aged 7 or under. Then it conveys respect again)
I would never call a grown male ‘Wee man’. Unless I knew them really well and we both understood it as taking the piss. Like Id maybe call my Dad ‘Wee Man’ as a joke, but only once.
