| Comment | Oh sorry what I meant was that the hygiene pass certificate is given out by EHOs who work for the council.
You don’t meed one either, if you the company you work for provides a course that is equivalent and teaches everything you need to know then that is fine, but it’s not transferable beyond the knowledge.
I currently hold a level 3 Food safety and hygiene cert, i was just being flippant towards the parent comment. |
