Agreed, Chapel St. Definitely isn't too bad of an area. City centre is close by. 5-10 minutes walk to the train station. Quite a few newsagents, takeaways, pubs, parks and gyms within 5 minutes walking distance. The only thing id say is that you're pretty much on a main road, so not ideal if you have kids or drive.
