Comment	Does your employer offer a support program or health insurance? If so, you might be able to get an online GP appointments. If you are able, speak to a pharmacist as they might be able to prescribe _something_ to take the edge off whatever it is. Other than that; rest up, plenty of fluids (no, vodka does not count), and I hope you feel better soon.
