| Comment | Are you going DirectPay? I think its totally reasonable to send your ex the new calculation and start sending that amount, if they have an issue they can raise it with CMS but as long as you are paying the correct amount then that is not your issue.
Thats the legal advice I got anyway when an ex tried to threaten to go to CMS if I didnt pay extra, worth noting you do not need to pay the extra 20% fee as long as you can prove your are willing to pay on time, just ask for DirectPay.
(and worth noting that I am not a lawyer and my case never made it to CMS, so not sure what that side of the system is like) |
