Just because Glasgow is known as a ‘friendly’ city, it still has a VERY high crime rate and you should be on guard walking alone at night, especially as a woman and especially as a woman of colour. It’s shite, but it’s true. Always try and walk in populated areas if you can.
I would still contact 101 (non emergency number) and tell them. Let them know exactly what happened and that you were wearing a headscarf. They should add that street and surrounding areas to the list of places to patrol. If it is a random loner driving about squirting people with mystery fluids then that is definitely something that needs looked into. I could *almost* understand a group of immature young lads in a hatchback doing it for a prank, but a man doing it on his own in a luxury car is definitely much more concerning and sinister.
